Lake Mary massage therapist Jennifer Swartz is the newest addition to the Lake Mary Chiropractic Center team. Ever since her career changing decision to enter massage school, Jennifer began to grow a real hunger for learning the medical side of massage and its positive benefits. After experiencing a family member regaining a better quality of life after massage treatments, her respect for the field grew, and, she wanted to bring a natural healing touch to as many people as she could. She believes that since touch is necessary to a healthy life, she can be more helpful for people who want to be healthy, happy, and stress-free. Jennifer is experienced in both the relieving side of massage as well as the more corrective medical side, and she enjoys both types immensely. Her firm but gentle touch allows her to heal hard to reach muscles with deep tissue or simple techniques, and she makes the entire experience very relaxing. According to each client’s needs, she likes to either educate during the session, or allow the client to simply de-stress with peace and quiet. She keeps busy after work with her husband and daughter, and enjoys teaching her little girl about the joys of living.
